Paid for the monthly subscription but the app didn't give me the benefits it was suppose to. Did end up paying for the quarterly which did work. I've reached out on the feedback tool to have them refund me the monthly subscription but can't reach them. The numbers provided for support don't work (Both numbers say the line is busy and doesn't give the chance to leave a message).

I paid for an anual subscription but it keeps telling me that there is a network error so I can't watch anything

It has bug and want work why did I pay for a yearly subscription?And cannot watch it.When y'all ever gonna get this fixed
