Ratings and reviews

Mobile app still does not show all appointments when an offer has multiple showings. It only shows the first stop before acceptance, forcing showing agents to accept jobs without seeing full routing or distance. I accepted one and later discovered the second stop was 45-60 mins away. Support says use desktop, but this is a mobile-based gig app. This has been an issue for yrs. Edit my app is up to date. It still does not show all locations under opportunities.

Showami is a great resource for my business, both as a listing agent and a buyer's agent. I'm able to easily and reasonably accommodate showing requests when I'm not able to in person (be it for business or personal reasons) with no concern that the agent showing the listing is going to poach a client or demand a piece of my commission. It's a simple transaction with professional representation. I'm also able to go and show properties for my fellow colleagues and make some extra money.

Edit: They logged me out. I tried to log back in and a red notification flashed that stated my account was deleted. Not worth it. Gigs don't compensate fairly and they don't tip. They'll delete your account with no communication, especially if you pass on too many gigs. By then you won't mind because you'll realize they don't pay enough for what they ask, especially Open Door. I know enough agents. If I need someone to perform a task that requires a license, I contact them directly. Uninstalled.
