Hello, On December 11 at 09:35 AM, my card was automatically charged an extra amount due to a system error in the Showbox app. This charge was not caused by my actions, and no confirmation was given by me. I did not use the service at all. The developer refused to issue a refund. I am requesting Google Play to review this case and issue a refund for the incorrect automatic charge. Thank you.
