I literally just tried this program right now and entered the password that I put it on the showclix website. It's still not working even though it's been over a year since they last updated it.

The password that works on the Showclix website won't work on the app and there's nowhere for me to reset a password in case the two are on different logins.

Tickets scan as valid but never sync back to the system and don't show up in stats as scanned or as pending sync.
