Don't expect this app to function well. Full of quirks that can stop you cold at the most inopportune times. You'll have to relog into the MLS everytime you move between different apps. The update sends you in endless circles. Etc. Etc. It will book your showings if it's not down and get you there unless it locks up and you need to restart your phone. Yet...what else is there to use.

When it works, it is great. Trying to provide feedback, and it keeps freezing. When typing up comments, I type a sentence, but only one word shows up and it stops working and freezes. Other times, while out on a showing, I try to schedule a showing, but the app just keeps "thinking" as if it it loading, but nothing happens. I wind up logging into the MLS to schedule instead, which defeats the purpose of this app. The few times it works, it is great, but lately that is maybe 1/10 times.

The idea behind a showing app is great. Unfortunately, it is barely functional if your intention is to use it as a primary tool for listings. The app has no memory, so if you multitask or back out of it unintentionally (because it doesn't follow basic Android UI convention), it will restart. If you have 30 showings scheduled, you have to scroll forever to get to new ones for approval (no filtering or hiding), and there's no way to broadcast updates to all scheduled showings.
