Ratings and reviews

I've got to agree with the rest of the terrible reviews on here... the app just doesn't work. even after uninstall/reinstall, the app barely loads my upcoming tickets, and when I select the tickets I want to use, I just get a spinning wheel. the only way to make showpass usable is to log in on the laptop and send my tickets to my Google wallet from there.

the app doesn't load orders after update. so make sure to use it on your laptop a d save your tickets to Google wallet

Showpass is hands-down the best event app I've used in ages! Buying tickets is super smooth and quick—no endless forms or glitches. I love how everything lives right in the app: discover cool local shows, festivals, or gigs, purchase in seconds, and then just scan my phone at the door. No more printing tickets, losing them, or dealing with paper nonsense. The interface is clean, intuitive, and actually fun to browse—feels modern and hassle-free.
