The app helps delivery partners manage their daily delivery work, from accepting delivery requests to completing pickups and customer deliveries.

With the Shozila Delivery Partner app, you can:

• Receive and accept nearby delivery requests
• View pickup and customer delivery details
• Navigate to seller pickup and customer locations
• Track active delivery progress
• Confirm pickups and completed deliveries
• Scan Shozila package QR codes when required
• View completed and cancelled deliveries
• Track daily delivery earnings
• View wallet balance and payout history
• Withdraw eligible earnings to your registered bank account
• Manage bank account details
• Complete and manage delivery partner KYC
• Update profile and vehicle information
• Receive delivery and account notifications
• Contact Shozila support when assistance is required

How it works:

1. Register or sign in using your mobile number and OTP.
2. Complete the required profile, vehicle and KYC details.
3. Go online to receive available delivery requests.
4. Accept a delivery and collect the package from the seller.
5. Deliver the package to the customer and complete the required verification.
6. Track your delivery earnings and withdraw eligible funds to your registered bank account.

The app may use precise and background location while a delivery partner is online or completing an active delivery. Location access is used for nearby delivery assignments, route navigation, pickup and delivery verification, and live delivery tracking.

Shozila Delivery Partner is intended only for approved and registered delivery partners operating in supported Shozila service areas.
