I have had a terrible experience the two times I used this app. I placed an order at exactly 7:10 and my food was delivered at 9 The same thing happened the second time I ordered 2 plates of spaghetti and beer but they delivered a plate of rice. no customer service at all.

Fast and Efficient, Easy to use

been long i wanted to give this review, but I calmed down , and said yeah they could do better... but why am I reading the reviews and seeing lies like fast delivery??? LMAO and p.s , the food looks nothing like the image, useless riders by the way, and delivery fee, just too high compared to other apps. you guys came to unilag during hall week, I trusted the process, yeah I was giving a discount, that's why I actually said let me switch to shride,MEHN i wish I could type more, but only 500words
