I took this shriram finance and bought a bike. when I tried to check the loan details, it is keep on loading and nothing populates on the screen and gives me a blank page. i've tried uninstalling and installing the app, but still it gives me the same error. It's waste of having this kind of apps and no proper support for any kind of assistance.

The service is very bad, never finance a loan from this finance company. Unnecessary charges have been levied on my account and when I tried to complain, no one is giving a proper response and saying that I will have to pay. The branch manager does not receive calls. I called 15-20 times but there was no proper response. If you want to save your credit score, then never finance from this company.

My experience with the Shriram app has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The app itself is not user-friendly, and managing loan details becomes unnecessarily complicated. The worst part is the customer service. Whenever I try to call from my registered mobile number, I always hear that “all agents are busy” and my call never gets connected. However, when I call from an unregistered number, the call gets answered quickly. This clearly shows poor service handling.
