Loan Amount of ₹1,00,000 for 24 months may have an interest rate of 12% p.a. (1% p.m. for 24 months - interest rate calculated on reducing balance method) with EMI ₹4,707, the total interest payable would be ₹4,707 x 24 months - ₹1,00,000 = ₹12,968
The processing fees (excl. GST) is ₹2,000 and the disbursed amount - ₹1,00,000 - ₹2,000 = ₹98,000
Total Amount Payable: ₹4,707 x 24 months = ₹1,12,968
Total Cost of Loan = Interest Amount + Processing Fees = ₹12,968 + ₹2,000 = ₹14,968
The total amount payable will be ₹1,14,968 (incl. Processing Fee).

Good app for UPI and bill payments. I faced a delayed refund for a failed transaction, but the issue was resolved properly after follow-up and compensation was credited as per guidelines. Cashback offers on merchant transactions are a good benefit. Overall, a reliable app with improving customer support.

The amount was debited from my account, but due to a technical issue in the app, the payment failed. They told me the refund would come within 5–7 days, but I still haven’t received it. It has been 15 days now. This is very disappointing.
