The processing fees (excl. GST) is ₹2,000 and the disbursed amount - ₹1,00,000 - ₹2,000 = ₹98,000
Total Amount Payable: ₹4,707 x 24 months = ₹1,12,968
Total Cost of Loan = Interest Amount + Processing Fees = ₹12,968 + ₹2,000 = ₹14,968
The total amount payable will be ₹1,14,968 (incl. Processing Fee).

Ratings and reviews

It is a good app to track your investments, but the worst part is as soon as you open the app, the Shriram team know about it and they start to call you back. I have a sizable number of FD, half a mind to withdraw and change to Icicibank or Hdfc. I hope some Director or senior person takes my feedback and does DND or call back every time I use the App. Thank you.

⭐ 1 Star – Absolute mess of an app, avoid at all costs This app is a complete dumpster fire for payments. Money gets debited, recharge doesn’t happen, and the app itself can’t decide what it wants to show. One page says successful, another says failed, and customer support seems totally clueless — one person says success, another says the transaction doesn’t even exist. Even better, the app happily eats your reward points when a transaction fails. Use at your own risk.

Too big of a company but they surely don't care about the app. this app has gone really bad like every time I try to do an upi payment after entering the pin it goes to the home page that leaves me nowhere at least show if the payment is failed or sucessful. app lags so much and is very slow and far from smooth. they also removed the option to buy digital silver now. Upi in this app is the worst I must say.
