About this app

ShrusEternity was born in 2012 out of the sheer passion for shopping and handloom products by Shruthi – who was then a rhapsodic college student. This passion for design soon developed into a serious word of mouth business which slowly developed an online presence. In 2017, a close pal and a darling brother with his wife who were all unsatisfied with their 9 hours’ corporate job decided to join together and bring about the much-needed change everyone was dreaming about. Thus, ShrusEternity started to become a household name among all the fashion and handloom aficionados. As this continues, we are planning to go further and do more adventurous trips along the way.

The app has some issue. The products under Maya is not showing properly in the app whereas in the website it can be viewed.I have been facing this issue for some days

This review is for the app and presentation of products. Even the most beautiful sarees look extremely dull and unappealing because of the black background. In videos when they are presented in light or white background it looks great but the pics don't seem very encouraging to buy. The products sometimes loads too slow, that I have to go back and come again to that section.

They have horrible customer care service. They say they r available for queries but that doesn't happen. Once in blue moon they reply. Their video call facility is only to lure people. I would ask people not to waste their money when u dont get the services u paid for.
