About this app

SH TMS Driver is the companion app for professional drivers working with the SH Transport Management System (SH-TMS). It helps you receive assignments, manage your loads, keep your status up to date, and share trip progress with dispatch – all from your phone.

• This app is intended for drivers invited by a company that uses SH-TMS.
• If your company does not use SH-TMS yet, please contact your dispatcher or fleet manager before installing.

Key features
• Load list & job details – View your assigned loads, pickup and delivery addresses, contact details, and special instructions in one place.
• Status updates in one tap – Change your duty status (online / offline / on trip) and update each load step (arrived, loaded, in transit, delivered) with simple buttons.
• Live trip progress – Your company can see your last known location and status to support planning, dispatching, and customer updates.
• Documents & photos – Upload driver documents and load photos (POD, damage photos, etc.) directly from your phone, stored securely in the SH-TMS platform.
• Notifications – Receive alerts for new loads, status changes, and important messages from your dispatcher.
• Profile & preferences – Manage your profile, contact details, vehicle information, and driver preferences.

Location usage
• The app may collect your device’s location while you are on duty to help your company track trip progress and optimize dispatching.
• Location data is used by your company’s SH-TMS dispatch/admin tools and is not shared with other end users inside the app.

• Mobile-first design for quick actions and minimal distractions.
• Works with low connectivity scenarios where possible (data synced when connection is available).

About SH-TMS
SH-TMS (Smart Hauling Transport Management System) is a logistics platform that connects dispatchers, drivers, and operations teams. The driver app is one part of this system and cannot be used as a standalone consumer application.
