I was pretty excited at first since I had alot to do using such application. though, contrary to my expectations I was dumbfounded getting to know that I couldn't even sign in. like literally the most basic and obvious thing to do. trust me when I say I pressed the damn button of sign in, like a thousand times, going through the same error again and again. not to mention, here's the pop up message every single time: something went wrong. no specification, no detail, nothing.

A very great app has been so helpful academically. Customer service is very prompt too.

Love the different colour varieties and the fact that I can use ai to make my notes better. Plus the notes are well organised .
