It took me a little while to get the hang of the hearing aids, not because they are difficult to use, because I am a Boomer and I am not very tech savvy! The sound quality and clarity is amazing. Their customer support and tech support are far above any I have dealt with in the past! They are kind, patient, accommodating and I would recommend them to anyone!

when I first started using the app about 4 days ago it was working fine without issue and then all the sudden it stopped working and now I can't use the app

great fit and ok sound but the latest version doesn't allow device side control to be turned off. the switch does nothing
