If you're using this app for overnight sleep, I can see how it would be frustrating. However, I was getting a little lightheaded trying to shush my baby to sleep. I found the first app I could download and within 3 minutes he was asleep. We have now put him in his crib and turned on his white noise sound machine. So if your baby loves the sound of shushing and you're about to pass out from lack of oxygen... this works!

I think people are unfairly rating this app lower than it deserves! We love this app and it plays for around 12 hours, our 9 month old sleeps well due to it. Ive got no issues with the screen being on,i just turn it face down. Going on hols soon and had a slight panic about lack of wifi. All okay because for 2quid i can go offline and still access the sounds! Highly rate this app. Thank you shhhhh & sleep,for giving me sleep!!

Good enough for a fussy colic one month old. FREE which I like, BUT it takes you to a YouTube video which plays for 12 hours ad free. I don't really like the YouTube part because, unless you pay for a premium membership, you're unable to close the screen to do something else or 🔐 the screen for complete blackout. The video will immediately stop playing. Hence, I gave the app only 3 stars. Hey, the app is free, and it works for us! It may be worth a try for your little one to 😉
