After a stairway collapse, a stranger's blood saves your life and leaves you with a problem that night shifts won't solve. A zombie small enough to crawl beneath a change machine is not much of a business plan. It's the only one you have.
BUILD FROM LOOSE CHANGE
Summon ten kinds of workers using blood energy. Start with a Gutter Zombie collecting lost coins out of sight. Work toward imps doing remote jobs, specialist demons, and a Night Steward running the operation. Equip each crew and put your earnings back into its work.
GET TO KNOW THE PEOPLE DOWNSTAIRS
Earn Mika's trust at Moonlight Laundry and meet six human lieutenants with businesses, personal projects, and their own concerns. Your replies change working relationships and production bonuses. Friendship and optional romance are both valid paths.
BUY YOURSELF SOME ROOM
Pay the rent. Fit blackout curtains. Replace the desk. Invest in hidden blood supplies and, eventually, buy the building. Collected cash pays for upgrades; nothing quietly charges you upkeep.
FOLLOW A COMPLETE STORY
Five chapters take you from your first summoned worker to a dispute over who has a claim on your new life. Read at your own pace, revisit letters, and decide how much power you are willing to use over other people.
