About this app
It is an app for stores with shift work.
Work schedules are often posted as photos in group chats, closing checks are only recorded with a simple "I did it," and messages left by the night shift from the previous day are frequently not passed on to the next person. ShyftStarter gathers all of this in one place.
ShyftStarter [Work Schedule]
- View your shift and your colleagues' shifts for this week on the same screen.
- Night shifts that extend past midnight are counted as work on the day they started.
- You can see how many hours you are assigned this month, including how many of those are night shifts.
[Shift Changes]
- If you cannot come in on a certain day, you can request a shift by designating a partner.
- Once the manager approves, the work schedule changes immediately, and a record of the change is saved.
- If the partner is already working at that time, you will be notified during the request stage.
[Store Notices and Handover]
- Notices are sent to all store members, and records of who checked them and when are kept.
- Handover messages are collected separately because they are read by the next shift worker upon arrival.
- Messages about the coffee machine making strange noises do not disappear from the group chat scroll.
[Today's Tasks]
- Keep a checklist for things that need to be checked every time, such as opening and closing checks.
- You can set which team checks which day, so closing checks do not appear on days off.
- Each item is checked only once at the store. Reduces instances of two people doing the same work or passing the buck to each other.
- You can write down tasks you want to take care of yourself, and only you can see them.
[Store Management]
- Create participation codes to call staff and assign roles from the roster.
- You can view the completion rate for the past two weeks and the number of checks per person.
You can only view data for your store. You cannot view work schedules or announcements from other stores.
You can delete your account directly within the app.
