SIB UPI POS App needs registration with South Indian Bank. Kindly reach out to us at sms@sib.co.in to set up the Merchant App and to create Virtual Payment Address (VPA).
SIB UPI POS is an UPI based merchant application, which allows merchant to accept payments from any bank's UPI application. This breakthrough Merchant app is based on Unified Payment Interface(UPI), a unique inter-bank payment platform hosted by National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI). The service is unique because the user need not reveal his account or card number or any such details for transferring funds.UPI service is available 24/7.
The App helps merchants to accept payment from UPI apps of all banks. It has a simple interface, the Cashier need to enter the amount and Bill No in the SIB UPI POS app and a QR code will be generated instantly. Customer needs to scan the QR code with any of the UPI Apps and can make payment within seconds. Once the payment is complete, a confirmation message will be displayed in the customer and merchant Apps.
