One of the main tasks of the One-Stop Integrated Investment and Services Office (DPMPTSP) is the One-Stop Integrated Service (Licensing) which is the authority of the West Java Province.
SIMPATIK is an online licensing system that has been developed by the Office of West Java JAWA PMPTSP to facilitate the community in applying for a permit and has been replicated in 18 provinces of Indonesia.

The following functions of SIMPATIK:
1. Getting information about Licensing
2. Obtain information about the type of licensing and its requirements
3. Make a Complaint Online
4. Register Licensing Online
5. Check the status of the permit application
6. Doing Independent Printing of Licensing Documents

Sympathetic Licensing Mechanisms:
1. Application Data Entry (Applicant enters application data and upload permit file)
2. Licensing File Processing (Permission processor will process the data and files uploaded by the applicant)
3. Review processing (permit processing and OPD technical team conduct field visits)
4. Designation (Permission is stipulated)
5. License printing (License printed)
6. Submission of Permits (front office clerk submits the permission letter to the applicant)
