Frustrated!! Trying to set up this program for a new building. When I first opened it, it worked fine. But every time I have tried to reopen the app since then, it crashes! Researching reviews it looks like this is a common problem since the updates. Hard for me to recommend this to the members of our building when it doesn't work. Fix the issue ASAP and Do better please!

Version 2.9 works on my one plus 3t & 7t, but I still have users getting the message that it isn't compatible, and some get a message that it wasn't able to contact the server for registration. I guess FOBs are still more reliable, so users having issues with the app will be issued a FOB now.
