Swaram Quest is a Carnatic music based quiz game that serves as a tool for ear training. The game has 32 levels to play, with each level having different objectives, all of them circling around identifying the music pattern played in the selected melakarta raga. The app has a practice mode for general music ear training which can be of use for even hindustani music enthusiasts and in general for any music enthusiast interested in heptatonic scales. The app provides ability to change the basic melakarta ragam to any of the possible 72 melakarta ragas of the Carnatic raga system. The app has the following features

Ratings and reviews

I strongly suggest below two improvements. Otherwise this app is pretty good 1. It should provide mapping of 'sa' in keyboard/piano. Whether sa is mapped with C in keyboard etc. 2. App keeps changing the instruments for each question. It very much confuses. If the person knows multiple instruments, he is already an aexpert. Why he needs practice. I hope the app is for learners. It can change instruments at higher level lessons. You can also introduce these features in paid version.

Just started using this app at the beginner level. So far, it has exceeded my expectations for ear training. Will rate again after a few months regarding advanced levels.
