I have deleted my account several times. I am unable to accept a ticket transfer because 1) even though I am logged into the app, it requires me to enter my email address that I use for the account 2) always says it doesn't recognize that same email address. Terrible. No account or support help option available.

Cannot use! Every time I open it, it just closes and my phone pops up a notification telling me the app keeps closing. But worse is that it freezes my screen for a few seconds after.

the feature to buy tickets has been down for a year at least! everything is try to buy tickets for games there's an error and it doesn't load! that's the whole reason to have the app and it doesn't work
