This app hasn't worked since it was updated. I was told by a support person they were transitioning to a new provider and it should be live in the coming days. That was 7/21 and it still doesn't work. Update 8/29/2025: Somehow the app hasn't started working without updating the app on my phone. Updated rating to 3 until I can use it more.

updated review: app does not start at all. it continuously tries restarting until the phone asks if I want to put it in deep sleep because it will not start and is crashing frequently. fortunately it is possible to transfer tickets and save them to wallet on the website, but that does not always work well either. even typing in this review was difficult because of the constant interruptions by messages that the app had once again refused to start!

**It's been fixed** upgraded to 3 stars. Will not load. Deleted & Reinstalled. if this is a dead app pull from the play store.
