EPB Québec — Mobile application for the SEPB, a Quebec union representing professionals, technicians, and office workers in over 11 local branches and more than 300 bargaining units.

The platform provides union staff and members with a centralized space to manage and monitor union activities. It includes:

Authentication and Integration

Login, account creation, password reset, email verification, and account completion (member → manager)
Dashboard (for members)

Personalized welcome and upcoming activities
News carousel (e.g., collective bargaining agreement updates)
Monthly activity calendar
Participation indicators and ranking of "most active members" based on an engagement system (stars)
Global search across activities, news, and members

Create, modify, and delete activities

The interface uses the SEPB Québec branding, a sidebar layout, and a clean, administrative design. The MVP is designed for mobile use and is entirely in French.
