What I like most is that it feels built to support people, not just automate tasks. You can tell there was care put into how it works, especially for areas like healthcare and education.

I've filed out the form to get credentials 4 times now and I never get the email that allows me to log in. I've checked my Spam folder and every other place I can find and no email.
