Concept is great. App, website, and support are terrible. App involuntarily logs me out every few hours, now the website has decided I need to reset my password every time I log in. Their AI chatbot is obviously useless and their support staff responds to emails maybe once every 12 hours. My problem has not been resolved nor does it seem anyone is working on it. Guessing i'll have to delete my account because it is completely unuseable at this point.

The app is great. It allows you to find new and used sporting goods for any sport typically at a good price However. Some sellers try to get rid of sports items that you wouldn't even buy at a garage sale, even if it were marked free. I wish the app did more to guarantee that the items purchased would be as described or your money back. Some sellers are getting away with selling items in unusable condition. 😒 if it did, this app would get 5 stars

edited review: the app is very glitchy, especially when logging in. I just logged in and tried to check my messages and it took me straight back to the login page where I would need to login again. I've had other problems with my profile and payments and have had to use the website to get it to work. With all of that said, it's a great and trustworthy place to buy equipment for far cheaper than retail.
