App was working perfectly until a couple of months ago and since it has lost connection twice once downstairs then after a few days reconnected itself then upstairs that has not reconnected. Any suggestions how to fix would be welcome.

The app does not respect the phone's theme settings. I have configured dark/light mode to change automatically according to sunrise and sunset on my phone, but when I select "phone settings" under "theme" in the thermostat app, it is always black, even during the day when every other app on the phone is in light mode. Light mode only works if I change to it manually.

The app was not working.. tried to update, unsuccessfully.. had it uninstalled and now can't download it.. it's really a pitty that a company of the size of Siemens cannot fix an app critical for buyers to use their not cheap thermostat.. I don't know what is the problem but it seems your last update didn't address it.. maybe is the new android version but whatever the reason do something fast..
