This app is great !! I have sifley locks and other brand name locks and they are all compatible with this app. This was very important to me because I run a vacation rental property and I didn't want to download different apps to control each brand lock that I have. I also purchased the gateway Wi-Fi boxes and what a game changer !! Now I can change codes, dates, unlock doors and do whatever else I need to do without having to go to the property. Highly recommend this app

Very easy installation and setup. I was able to give others access to the office within a few seconds if they downloaded the app and made an account. If not, adding a fingerprint was also very easy but that can't be done remotely. No bugs or glitches at all. I'm not sure what other reviews were talking about. Perhaps my version is updated since then. Samsung Galaxy S10-5G

The app has a few glitches. The passage mode doesn't work. The wireless gateway has to be used a few times to get the operation done. Check status for the lock doesn't work (an exception has occurred). If you need to set a nightly passage mode, forget it. You can only set it during day hours. The lock has many good features but as I said glitchy. Fix the lock communication system issues and this would be great.
