This app is great !! I have sifley locks and other brand name locks and they are all compatible with this app. This was very important to me because I run a vacation rental property and I didn't want to download different apps to control each brand lock that I have. I also purchased the gateway Wi-Fi boxes and what a game changer !! Now I can change codes, dates, unlock doors and do whatever else I need to do without having to go to the property. Highly recommend this app

This app is very buggy for being something that security relies on. Here are some issues I have had: - Remore unlock doesn't work reliably. - If I am adding a new code login for a certain day and time, I have to use that code at least once to change the code to be a custom code rather than the automatically generated code. This makes me wait multiple days or makes me come in during unusual hours. The other problem is that this doesn't seem to be a bug, it seems to be an intentional operation.

This app is terribly clunky, buggy, and takes forever to operate. Half the time it doesn't unlock right away and you have to repress the unlock button. The remote unlock feature isn't any better and with the feature it disconnects from the wifi quite often. Now I tried changing a setting about the same time someone tried to open up the door with a code and now the whole app doesn't work It's just pathetic how little effort was put into this. I'm going to go look for other smart locks and apps.
