Most items in the store when you scan it a ? question mark shows up so how do y'all expect us to use this and know what we can and can't get if most items aren't in this database y'all need to fix the issue every item should be able to be scanned and either approved or denied no question marks should be popping up especially on multiple items it's irritating and ridiculous

I have a lifeline free phone and plan that I was able to qualify for because we are on SNAP. Tried downloading the app to help with all the changes for healthy choices but an error appears saying that the app is 'Not available for this device'. This phone is a off-brand phone but is an Android system. I can download games, although they don't play well, but I can not download and use this much needed app for a family on SNAP that really needs this assistance. How can we know what we can get?

App is not good. Doesn't work 90% of the time. Had to restart it multiple times. It tells me a $1.25 sliced cheese package doesn't qualify but a $4 pack of Veleveta sliced cheese does qualifies. Milk doesn't qualify. And on and on....... It's frustrating...
