Sigap Lapangan is an attendance and activity reporting application for teams working in the field—contractors, technicians, maintenance services, and project teams.

ACCOUNTABLE ABSENCE
• Check-in and check-out with a selfie and GPS location
• Company-defined absence points, complete with a radius
• Off-duty mode for on-site work, with supervisor approval
• App detects fake locations — absences are still recorded for review, not silently rejected

ACTIVITY REPORTS, COMPLETE WITH EXPENSES
• Write job reports directly from the site
• Attach photos of work results
• Record materials and costs used per job
• Select from the company's material list, or type your own
• Tag reports (Repair, Installation, Warranty, project name) and filter by those tags

PERMITS AND LEAVE
• Request permission, sick leave, vacation, or off-duty from the app
• Attach a doctor's note if needed
• Your supervisor approves or rejects, and you're notified immediately

ABSENCE CORRECTION
• Request corrections if the workday is recorded incorrectly — HP Dead, no signal, clock error
• Admins view the original and proposed clocks side by side before deciding
• Original attendance records are never altered by corrections

FOR OWNERS AND ADMINS
• Company console directly in the app: dashboard, timesheets, permits, reports, employees, materials
• Notifications when reports come in, permits are pending, or there are timesheets to review
• Export reports to PDF and Excel

1. Register your company (30 days free, no credit card required)
2. Create timesheets and add employees
3. Share your company code — employees log in with that code

LOCATION NOTES
This app uses precise location when you press the timesheet button or submit an activity report. Location is not collected in the background and is not tracked when the app is not in use.
