About this app

Sigbot builds your contact book for you. It reads the signatures in your Outlook email and the business cards you're handed, then files everyone in one place you can search by name, company or trade, and call from. It is built for construction teams, from site managers and project managers to estimators, buyers and the office.

IMPORT FROM YOUR INBOX
Connect Outlook or Microsoft 365 and Sigbot picks the name, job title, company, phone and address out of each sender's email signature. Sigbot's Outlook app is publisher-verified by Microsoft. After your first scan it checks your mailbox for new mail by itself: daily on paid plans, weekly on Free. Scans run on Sigbot's servers, so you can close the app while one runs. Gmail and other mail providers aren't supported.

SCAN BUSINESS CARDS
Point your camera at a card and Sigbot reads the details for you to check and save, on every plan, Free included. No signal on site? The photo waits on your phone and is read when you're back online. You can also scan a QR code that holds a contact card, including another Sigbot user's.

FIND THE RIGHT TRADE
Contacts can carry a trade (UK trade packages or Canadian MasterFormat), so searching a trade such as Plumbing shows just those people. Search everyone by name, company, job title, trade or phone number, and show the list by Recently added, A–Z by first or last name, or grouped by company.

IMPORT FILES
Bring in contacts from Excel, CSV and vCard files, or from saved emails (.eml and .msg).

KEEP YOUR DATA COMPLETE
The dashboard shows which contacts are missing a phone number, job title or location, so you can fill the gaps.

SHARE YOUR DETAILS
Share your own contact card as a QR code that anyone can scan with their phone camera, or publish it as a web page. Send any contact as a vCard.

WORK AS A TEAM
Teams share folders of contacts, so everyone works from the same list. Your team's folders come with you on your phone.

IN THE WEB APP AT SIGBOT.APP
Newsletters and no-reply mail go to a review queue, merges can be undone, bounced addresses are flagged, and you can export the whole list to Excel or CSV.

YOUR DATA
Sign in with Microsoft or with email and a password. Sigbot asks Microsoft for read-only access to your mail and keeps only the contact details, never the email itself. If you choose to copy contacts into your phone's address book, that happens on your phone and the address book is never uploaded. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. Sigbot Ltd is a UK company registered with the ICO (ZC202535), and your data is stored in the EU. You can delete your account and all its data from the Profile screen at any time.
