About this app

SIGEB is the access control system for gated communities, private neighborhoods, country clubs, and other residential areas. This app is for owners and residents: from your phone, you can invite visitors with a QR code, authorize frequent visitors, and view the entries and exits to your property recorded by the gatehouse.

IMPORTANT: The app only works if your community's management uses SIGEB. The management will create your account; you cannot register through the app.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Invite in two taps
Choose the type of visit and its duration, and send the invitation via WhatsApp. Your guest completes their information via the link and receives their QR code right there: you don't type anything. If you prefer, you can also enter the information and generate the QR code instantly.

The QR code works offline
Once issued, the invitation is visible on your phone even without internet access and can be shared via WhatsApp, email, or any other app on your phone.

Permanent Authorizations
For frequent visitors—your housekeeper, a family member, a supplier—upload an authorization for specific days and times, and stop issuing invitations each time.

Lot Activity Log
View all entries and exits recorded by the security gate, including date, time, and who visited.

Neighborhood Announcements
Communications from the administration will be sent to your phone.

Notifications
Receive alerts when the security gate records an unauthorized entry to your lot and when the administration posts a new announcement.

Your Family Group
Add the members of your lot and decide which of them can issue invitations.

PRIVACY
The QR code does not contain personal data: it is simply an opaque identifier. Your lot and visitor data are managed by your neighborhood, are not shared with third parties, and can be accessed through the app.
