I have been trying to setup this acct, since 3/31/26. I lost my bank card & wanted to add my new payment method, I'm still unable to do so the link sent to me is useless. Every time I search for my community, I get an error message saying, it doesnt exist. I was on auto pay, rent still haven't been paid yet. Too add more frustrations, I'm expected to pay late fees.

Useless. Will not let me reset my password or even set up an account. Using my email that's on file will let me in, but I have to go through the whole signing process every time. When I get the email for resetting the password, I hit the accept button and it takes me to a blank page. If I give it my mobile number, it sends a code, and when I enter the code it just gives an error. There's a water leak in my apartment that I can't report on. Great app.

I cannot log in. I was able to log in just fine 2 weeks ago and make a payment. I've notified the manager at the site, and they put in a ticket for IT, but without the app, I will have to use Western Union to make my payment which is unacceptable. Your app isn't working. I've tried everything, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, changing my password, restarting my phone, literally everything.
