I still can't use the app. I'm registered but forgot my password. On Tuesday, October 25, I emailed a message. An email was sent to me but I never got it. This is very frustrating. If I need repairs to my apartment, how am I going to to let the office know. Is it app registered as Lafayette Boynton of the story Ave apts? Each time I'm prompted to type my email or give my number it says no account with either one. They gave me my username but that's as far as I got

so I loved this app until my office changed me to primary lease owner and now I cannot log in & it keeps saying my info can't be found. the office has all my info correct and they have no idea how to fix this! this was a 5⭐ app until my mom got taken off as primary owner since she passed away and now I have no access! no one can fix this! please help. it's been multiple attempts to tech you and every time I get my username and I get told the problem is fixed and I still can't log in! insane

I was optimistic even though reading the reviews. Right off the bat - it finds my location and residence perfectly. No luck sending me a code to my number or email after 20 minutes of attempts. Done. Who has time to fix this stuff. I don't. Yes, I also confirmed my email and phone with our resident office.
