Ratings and reviews

This has to be one of the worst software's I have ever had the displeasure of being forced to work with in my 15 years of work experience. Items refuse to sync between devices for days or even weeks at a time, photos for tasks randomly delete themselves after taking them, and organizational options are practically nonexistent. The big wigs at my company think it's awesome, further displaying that all it takes is an office full of morons pretending something is good to sell a product.

It is unfortunate that I have to use this for my day to day. This is arguably one of the worst softwares that I have ever had to deal with. It is ALMOST on par with ADT/EverONs commercial customer site. 80% of the time it does not work and it causes delays, duplicate tickets having to be created, and wasted time. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I have to constantly delete the app and re-install it so I can get it to show me new tickets that come in. plus issues with codes loading and the app not saving or communicating with the servers when I close a make ready or ticket
