Horrible app. It has to be reinstalled constantly in order for it to work. I've had to do it twice today in about 4 hours. It will often not let me view all of the open work orders. And many times it will still show the work orders as being open in my co-workers apps, even after I have completed them properly in my version of the app. And vice versa when they close theirs' out.

This has to be one of the worst software's I have ever had the displeasure of being forced to work with in my 15 years of work experience. Items refuse to sync between devices for days or even weeks at a time, photos for tasks randomly delete themselves after taking them, and organizational options are practically nonexistent. The big wigs at my company think it's awesome, further displaying that all it takes is an office full of morons pretending something is good to sell a product.

I guarantee no one tests any of the features before any update. The biggest issue now calls are made on the app and if you swipe off the call menu there's no way to access it again.
