This is the companion app to be used by approved health facility users to enter their monthly LMIS report inside the app and then syncronize the data to the SIGL TChad web portal.

A. During first login, the app downloads last 3/6 months of data from server
B. AMC/MOS will recalculate every time a report is submitted
