About this app

SignalConso is an innovative application developed to help consumers easily and quickly report a problem encountered during a purchase, whether it is a product or a service.

HOW IT WORKS :
1. Have you encountered a problem with a company?
Have you encountered a problem with a professional, a business, in store or on the internet? Report them on the SignalConso platform.

2. File a report on SignalConso or ask a question for fraud prevention.
Report the problem (anonymously or not) or ask your question directly to a fraud enforcement officer. In all cases, SignalConso guides and advises you.

3. The company and fraud prevention are informed.
If you have filed a report, SignalConso contacts the company to inform it. The company can then respond to you and/or improve, you will be informed of its action by an email from SignalConso. If you have chosen to provide your contact details to the company, they may contact you directly.

4. Fraud enforcement takes place if necessary.
Your report is recorded in the fraud prevention database (DGCCRF).

Are the reports becoming too numerous for the same company? Is the problem considered serious by investigators? Fraud enforcement may decide to monitor or control a company based on your report.

THE SIGNALCONSO APPLICATION
The SignalConso app was designed to meet several specific consumer needs. Here are some of the main features offered by our application:
· Simplified reporting: Thanks to its intuitive and user-friendly interface, it is easy to report a problem in just a few clicks. It is possible to include a photo, provide some details and submit the report to the company concerned.
· Monitoring of reports: at each stage you are informed of the actions taken by the company to resolve the reported problem.
· Advice and information: SignalConso also provides you with information on your rights and guides you in the steps to follow in the event of a dispute with a merchant or service provider.

- False advertising
- Price error
- Hygiene problems
- Food poisoning
- Bedbugs
- Hotel stay problem
- Problem of downgrade, delay, cancellation, reimbursement of a train or plane ticket.
- Orders not delivered following an online purchase
- Difficulty canceling streaming platforms, gyms, etc.
- Late delivery, lost package, problem with a carrier
- Non-compliant product placement of influencers
- Misleading or deceptive advertising
- Mutual reimbursement problem
- Non-application of 100% health (glasses)
- Telephone canvassing for energy renovation
- Scam installation of photovoltaic panels, heat pump
- After-sales service (after-sales service) unreachable
