You better know what you're doing before you get started there are absolutely no instructions whatsoever on how to use them it was a $175 learning experience for me plus my losses in the market. In their defense maybe it is crystal clear for seasoned Traders but not for the Newbie such as myself. So if you're new to this I would steer clear unless you have money to burn…
Great app, love it. At first i was worried my lots sizes might be all wrong or the the signal provider would be in profit whilst i would be in a loss due to slippage etc, but no everything perfect not much slippage at all and lot sizes are all worked out for you automatically depending on you and your signal providers account size. This is perfect for me as i cant be arsed with setting up vps servers and ea to my metatrader account. My advice to anyone trying this service is to use the filters when finding a provider, look for signals that are at least a year old and have a good profit to drawdown ratio with a providers account which has a good balance. Dont look for the biggest profit on an account thats only got $200 thats made 5000% last month because its a sure way of saying goodbye to your money. Alot better than other copy providers such as etoro.
This would be a great app if they would respond to emails or have a way to contact them. Everything was working great until my broker changed. Can't get any help to resolve problems.
Search function not comprehensive. Payment has general error problem and they can't solve it
This app has loads of potential. I subscribed and gave 2 signals a try. Once I opened the first signal, I was immediately engaged in 23 trades without warning and my margin was over 60%. I was frustrated because I hadn't learned how the system worked yet. There should be a warning that trades are about to go live. My trades were defaulted to engage with the signal, instead of asking to 'Go Live'... The other issue I have is that the risk slider bar is confusing. There should be an warning that if I have $1000 in an account, and I'm about to follow a signal who has $10,000 in his/her account, that unless I can modify my lot amount to 1/10th the signal, that it is not recommended. Lastly, if my broker is Oanda, the system should notify me that if I choose a signal that is NOT FIFO compliant, that I will not be able to hedge trade like the signal. I know there's a FIFO-only check box, but there really needs to be other options for US traders so we don't waste out money trying to follow a non-FIFO compliant signal. I'm still giving this service 4/5 stars because of its immense potential, but seriously, at the very least, there MUST be a tutorial od the signal system for newbies before they start subscribing, and for heavens sake, turn OFF all settings as default before engaging in signal trades. A worthy attempt, and needs work, but I love the idea and potential.
Very very bad people never pay money to any of their service.they live in 1960 es..very slow, website is very unorganized, careless, and slow, never solve proble or answer email till the following week or more.no phone. No communication. No value for app itself.
