What was once a great experience now seems to have repeated problems. App crashes with notification that the app has a bug and that I need to install an update, yet there's no update beyond what I have installed. No longer connects via bluetooth and I can't seem to find instructions nor am I able to stumble upon a section of the app that would allow for reconnecting it. Hardware at times seems to only work if app is open on my phone and running in the background.

The app needs a manual. It isn't intuitive, and is misleading when used with the hiboost travel 4g 2.0 cell booster. It works well with wifi, but in a car, Bluetooth is the only link available. Some features are disabled using BT, other features are slow or freeze. I've posted numerous questions on the hiboost page on facebook and the answers were useful. I hope they write instructions.

UPDATE: Developer response is 3 months too late. Returned unit and bought different brand, which works great. - I was excited to receive my hiboost, as it has good reviews on various websites. However, it will not connect via Bluetooth to my phone, so I cannot complete the setup. Tried contacting support, but cannot get them to understand that Bluetooth will not connect. Support wanted me to drive into a higher signal area and try again, but that has nothing to do with Bluetooth.
