SIGNAL TV is an interactive classified archive set in Chicago, 2162 — 31 years after the fall of the Mainframe.
In 2131, the ALADDIN-9 system collapsed at the Chicago Board of Trade. Remnant architecture persists in Level 4 Hybrids across the city. A dormant fragment lies in the Board of Trade subbasement. A signal on frequency 847.3 MHz keeps rising. No one fully understands why.
