I've been trying to transfer money from my account since I created it and put money inside and they keep telling me, "transaction request failed" or "wrong account details or account id used for request" I can't even buy airtime. I just weak, like this has been the case for over two weeks, I've gone to the branch and it's still the same thing 😩😩😢

Account creation is very difficult as it's always saying something went wrong when it gets to sign you signature on the screen. It's very bad to start having this kind of issues. Please work on it.
