- Search by client, job name or job number
- View status, required date, address, site contact and field notes
- Open directions in Maps
- Review field tasks and update eligible task completion
- View field-relevant job items

Photos and safety
- Take multiple job photos in one camera session
- Select up to 20 photos from your library
- Queue saved photos for reliable upload and retry
- View job photos
- Open attached OHS and SWMS documents

Timesheets
- View your own daily entries
- Add, edit and delete editable entries
- Select a job and task and enter a required work description
- Keep a protected device draft if the service is temporarily unavailable

Scan a supported SignBas3 job-sheet QR code to open an authorised job.

SignBas3 Field is an account-only companion for existing SignBas3 customers. Access follows the permissions assigned in SignBas3. Commercial and financial information is not included in the mobile app.
