Sign Work Pro is e-signature software built specifically for real estate agents, teams and brokerages in Canada and the US. It handles the documents agents send every day (offers, counter-offers, amendments, listing agreements and disclosures) and follows the way real estate contracts are actually marked up.
Prepare documents quickly. Upload a PDF, add buyers, sellers and copy recipients, and set sequential or parallel signing. Place signature, initials, date, text and checkbox fields in each signer's colour, or use field detection to suggest where initials and signatures belong on standard forms. Drawing, highlighting and text tools let agents annotate a page before it goes out.
Strikethrough amendments. Strike a printed term such as the purchase price, write the new figure beside it and have every party initial the change. The final PDF shows a clean strike line and replacement text, just like a hand-corrected contract.
Sign from anywhere. Signing links can be sent by email, SMS or WhatsApp, with optional one-time verification codes. Signers do not need an account; a guided view walks them through each required field on a phone or computer.
Proof that holds up. Every view, verification, field and signature is recorded in a SHA-256 hash-chained audit trail. Each completed document includes a Certificate of Completion with signer identities, timestamps, IP addresses and document fingerprints.
Works with transaction management. Enter a Lone Wolf, zipForm or SkySlope transaction email as a copy address and the signed contract and certificate are delivered into that file automatically when the last party signs.
Built for brokerages. Brokerage licenses provide per-realtor seats, user management, reports on sent and completed documents, and view-only access to the documents realtors choose to share. A client portal and app give clients one place to find their signed documents and message their agent securely.
Pricing is a flat monthly fee in USD with no per-envelope charges, and a 14-day free trial is available without a credit card.
