Through the app, you can:

• Browse available medications and health products.

• Search for nearby pharmacies and stores.

• Send prescriptions to pharmacies and receive available offers.

• Choose the appropriate offer and complete your order.

• Specify your delivery address and track your order status.

• Contact the pharmacy during the order process when needed.

• Track your driver's arrival and receive notifications of order updates.

• View your previous orders and manage your addresses and account information.

Sila does not provide medical diagnoses and is not a substitute for consulting a doctor or pharmacist. Some medications may require a prescription and pharmacy approval before processing. Product availability, prices, and delivery range are subject to the participating pharmacy or store.
