This is one of the superior Information Technology (IT)-based features of the Class IIB Sumedang Prison which provides services to both the community and Sumedang Prison employees.
The services provided are in the form of 9 features that are integrated into one in the SILADANG Application, namely:

4. Complaint Services;
5. WBP's work results;
6. SPKP/SPAK Survey Results;
7. Employee Features;
8. WBP features; and
9. User Tutorial.
With the breakthrough innovation changes that have been made, Sumedang Prison is ready to maintain WBK and will definitely achieve WBBM.
