Silayan is the official digital service application of the West Java Provincial Communication and Informatics Office (Diskominfo), designed to facilitate internal staff in accessing and managing information technology infrastructure services.

Silayan was developed specifically to support the internal operational efficiency of the West Java Provincial Diskominfo. This application can only be used by staff and employees who have registered in the system.
