What’s new

1. Attendance now uploads reliably when GPS is unavailable. Previously the server rejected the request and attendance stayed pending; the app now omits GPS fields when no fix is available.
2. Delegates deleted from the web portal now correctly disappear from the tablet on the next online refresh.
3. Sync stability: rapid refreshes no longer cancel in-flight uploads - photos and delegate creates complete instead of getting interrupted.
