Panama City (PTY) is a great city and I think at the time that I visited the city previously, they had just built the first metro line! I have hooked up with many amazing Panamanian men that I met on Grindr back when I have visited over the years lol.

The system is not designed for tourists, as you have to buy a physical card and none of the stations actually have a way to buy the card. No machines to buy a card, no customer service people on site.
