Just started using it but great product overall! I was worried because all the negative comments but I plugged it in and downloaded the app. The process connecting to amazon was a little slow but great to have the integration! First testing of it, sealed quickly, pulled the container off and told Alexa what to label it. Simple process. You can manually rename the label if you mess up. Overall simple process and looking forward to using it more to keep my food fresh!

I get a notification on my phone that an item is nearing its shelf life, but when I click on the notification, it asks me to login. What? How about not logging people out, or allowing a fingerprint to unlock.

One of the worst setup experiences I've had. Have dozens devices setup that only can do 2.4ghz just fine, but this just refuses to join the correct network. Additionally, you get linked to a support website that doesn't exist. Absolutely terrible.
