The app freezes, the machine doesn't work and the containers dont seal. And customer service doesn't respond. Absolute junk.

One of the worst setup experiences I've had. Have dozens devices setup that only can do 2.4ghz just fine, but this just refuses to join the correct network. Additionally, you get linked to a support website that doesn't exist. Absolutely terrible.

it's new but it does what it needs to. I wish you could edit your food manually in the app if it misheard you. And it is hard to find this app. They need to put the QR code on their website. but otherwise it's great so far.
