Use of the Accessibility Service: SilverConnect uses the AccessibilityService API exclusively for the remote control function during assistance sessions. When a senior user needs assistance, a trusted assistant can, with the user's explicit authorization, remotely perform taps, swipes, and gestures on the assisted device. This feature requires the user to manually enable the accessibility service in their Android settings and provide their consent via an in-app confirmation dialog. The accessibility service is NOT used to collect personal data, passwords, or sensitive information. It is only activated during active assistance sessions and automatically deactivated at the end of the session.
