Was great when I first got it. For the last month or so, the app won't work properly. Internet/WiFi is online and working on all devices - home page in app says my network is connected, but when I try to view devices, run a speed test, or check the network it says both my network and router are offline. Router has a green light, everything is working fine - the app is just broken it seems.

I want to give this app 5 stars, but it consistently glitches and tells me that it can't connect. It would help make managing family internet a lot easier if it was a more reliable app. Please find a fix for this and I'll gladly update my rating.

Great speed, reliability, and coverage. The customer service has been outstanding!
